The Silver Falcons Honor Guard is run by two sophomore drill commanders and four freshman cadets. They focus on professionalism, leadership, and integrity, which prepare cadets for future AFROTC endeavors and their life during active duty.  This drill team carries one saber, two rifles, and three flags (United States, Air force, and RPI). The Silver Falcons Honor Guard represents Detachment 550 at three drill meets and multiple community events. During practices, cadets will learn static movements, marching maneuvers, Revile, Retreat, and how to post the Colors.  The Honor Guard teaches cadets the values of flag etiquette, professionalism and the utmost respect for the flag of the United States of America.
